Every shirt you purchase helps us create meaningful work experiences for adults with disabilities, including our own daughter who inspired this business. You’re not buying a t-shirt. Our crew helps prep, pack, tag, and quality-check every order. It’s hands-on work that builds confidence, skills, and pride — and it means each shirt you wear truly supports a mission of inclusion.

Each shirt is professionally screen-printed to ensure top quality, then packed and quality-checked by our POSSiBiLiTEEs crew — who take pride in every step.
Why did you start POSSiBiLiTEEs?
Our founder Jacqueline started this as a way to create meaningful work experiences for her daughter with Down syndrome. Today, it’s grown into a mission to highlight the abilities and talents of adults with special needs, one shirt at a time.
Products & Custom Options
Can I customize a shirt or request a special color?
We love creativity! If you have a custom idea or a special color request, please start by filling out our Project Planning Form. We'll review your ideas and get back to you with next steps.
Please note: Custom orders may require minimum quantities and additional processing time.
Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale options?
Yes! We love working with groups and organizations who align with our mission. If you’re interested in wholesale pricing, group orders, or special collaborations, please start by filling out our Project Planning Form. We'll review your request and get back to you with available options and next steps.
Can I choose my t-shirt color and ink combo?
At this time, each design is printed on the shirt color and ink combination shown in the product photos.
We’ve chosen these pairings for the best look and quality.
What size should I order?
We use a unisex retail fit that runs true to size for most. If you like a looser feel, we recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my screen-printed t-shirt?
To keep your shirt looking fresh, turn it inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with like colors. For best results, hang dry — or tumble dry low if needed. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
Don’t worry — we also include care instructions on the tag when your shirt ships!
Ordering & Shipping
When will I receive my order?
We follow a clear production process to ensure quality and care for every order.
After you place your order, we confirm the details, gather any needed supplies, screen-print your products with care, complete a full quality check, and carefully package your order for shipment.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. After delivery, we’ll follow up to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
🧡 Our typical production timeline is 7–10 business days, plus shipping time. (Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)
If you need your order faster, just reach out — we do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
I need my order quickly - what is the fastest you can ship?
Our typical production time is 7–10 business days plus shipping. However, if you have a true t-shirt or gifting emergency, we may be able to help.
Please email us at possibiliteescrew@gmail.com with “BIG RUSH” in the subject line and the details of your request.
We’ll review your needs and let you know what’s possible — and if we can prioritize your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
I just placed an order - can I add another item to it?
Yes! If all items are shipping to the same address and were placed on the same calendar day, we can combine your orders.
Here’s how to do it:
Place a new order for the additional item(s). Then send an email to possibiliteescrew@gmail.com with “COMBINE ORDERS” in the subject line.
In your message, please include all order numbers you’d like combined and your full name (first and last).
We’ll handle it from there — and if your combined orders meet our minimum for FREE SHIPPING, we’ll automatically refund any extra shipping charges.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States via USPS.
Need something outside the U.S.? Email us at possibiliteescrew@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam folder just in case).
Do you offer local delivery?
We don’t currently offer official local delivery — but in some cases, if you're nearby, we may be able to personally deliver your order and refund any shipping charges.
While we can’t guarantee this for every order, we’re always exploring ways to better serve our local community.
(And if local delivery becomes a regular option, we’ll definitely spread the word!)
Gifting
My order is a gift… do you include price information on your packing slips?
By default, we include pricing on packing slips unless requested — emailing us ensures your gift stays surprise-ready.
If you'd like us to remove prices, just send an email to possibiliteescrew@gmail.com with “GIFT PACKING SLIP” in the subject line.
Please include:

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no — that’s not what we want for you!
If your order arrives with an issue, please email possibiliteescrew@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo if possible, and we'll quickly work to make it right.
Every order is carefully inspected before it ships — but if something slips through, we’ll take care of it as fast as we can!
