Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders that require printing, special sizes, or custom requests may take up to 10–14 business days.

Processing includes order review, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Expedited shipping does not reduce processing time.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work to meet stated processing timelines, POSSiBiLiTEEs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers due to weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is delayed after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has shipped, POSSiBiLiTEEs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
