Every piece of wood, metal, or coated surface reacts slightly differently to the laser, so natural variations in color and depth are normal. That’s part of what makes each piece unique — but the overall design and layout will match the product photos.

Some of our wood items may have a light wood conditioner applied to enhance the natural grain, but they are not sealed with a permanent protective coating.

This means:

• They should not be submerged in water.

• They should not go in the dishwasher.

• They should not go in the dishwasher.

• Clean them with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth only.

Because they are unfinished or lightly conditioned, the wood will naturally age over time — developing its own unique character with regular use.

Care is simple:

• Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth

• Avoid soaking or submerging wood items

• Keep out of extreme heat or direct sunlight

• Not dishwasher-safe unless noted on the product page

For cork coasters:

Cork is naturally absorbent, so allow coasters to fully dry between uses. Clean with a gentle wipe — do not soak or scrub aggressively.

For Owala drinkware:

Please follow the manufacturer’s care recommendations. Engraving is permanent, but the bottle itself may have specific washing and usage guidelines.

For custom designs, logo engraving, bulk orders, or special projects, please submit our Custom Order Request Form. We’ll review your details to make sure it’s a project we can take on, and once approved, we’ll follow up with next steps.

Laser-engraved items are packaged neatly and professionally, but they’re not gift-wrapped. If it’s a gift, leave a note in the Order Special Instructions box and we’ll remove pricing from the packing slip.
