No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit for any orders.

Production Errors (Our Responsibility)

If an issue occurs due to a production error, we will review the issue and make it right.

Production errors may include:

  • The incorrect design printed

  • The incorrect garment or color printed

  • An item damaged due to production or handling before shipment

If you believe your order contains a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is verified as a production error, we will provide a replacement or reprint at our discretion.

What Is Not Considered a Production Error

We are unable to offer replacements, refunds, or adjustments for:

  • Size selection or fit preferences

  • Design placement preferences

  • Color appearance differences due to screen settings

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

All items are produced using industry-standard sizing and print placement guidelines.

All items are considered final sale, including:

  • Regular-priced items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
