For smaller custom orders under $250, full payment is due upfront.
For larger orders over $250, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We’ll also put a signed project agreement (your approved quote) in place to clearly outline the details and protect both parties.
Can I cancel or return a custom or bulk order?
Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins, since these items are made specifically for you.
