Are bundles gift-ready?

Our bundles are professionally packaged and neatly organized, so they look great right out of the box — but they are not gift-wrapped.

You’ll receive a clean, presentable bundle with clear product information, ready to tuck into a gift bag or wrap however you’d like.

If a bundle includes special packaging, we’ll always note that in the product description.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don’t offer full gift wrapping at this time (no wrapping paper, bows, or decorative boxes). However, all products — including bundles — are professionally packaged so they look neat, organized, and presentable right out of the box.

Many customers like to add their own gift bag or wrapping for the final touch, making the gift feel more personal.

If a product includes special packaging, we’ll always highlight that in the description.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes! You can add a gift note in the Order Special Instructions box on your cart page. If you forget, just email us at possibiliteescrew@gmail.com with your order number and message within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll take care of it.

Your note will be handwritten on a simple notecard and tucked into your package — often by one of our POSSiBiLiTEEs crew members, who take great pride in preparing gift orders with thoughtful attention.

Can you keep my gift a surprise?

Yes — we’re happy to help keep your gift a surprise. Just add a note in the Order Special Instructions box on your cart page, or email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We’ll remove pricing from the packing slip and make sure there’s nothing in the package that reveals the cost.

Packages are labeled with standard shipping information only — no product details appear on the outside unless required by USPS for safety.

Do you include prices on packing slips?

Yes — unless you request otherwise. If your order is a gift, just leave a note in the Order Special Instructions box on your cart page and we’ll remove all pricing for you.

If you forget to add the note, email us at possibiliteescrew@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll take care of it.

Can you ship directly to the gift recipient?

Yes — we can ship your order straight to the gift recipient. Just enter their name and address in the shipping section at checkout, and we’ll send it directly to them.

Please note: We can only ship to one address per order. If you need items sent to multiple locations, you’ll need to place a separate order for each destination.

If you’d like to include a gift note or have pricing removed, add that in the order comments or email us after checkout — we’ll take care of it.

Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order.

If you’re sending gifts to different people, please place a separate order for each address.

This helps us stay organized and ensures every gift arrives safely where it’s supposed to go.
